A new "Request a recipe" form sits just above Contact, with "Requests" in the menu. Only the dish is required; notes, a name and an email are optional, and an email means we can say when it's up.
When a search comes up empty, a "Request this recipe" button carries the search straight into the form.
Both forms now quietly drop submissions from spam bots.
The small section labels on the light sections (Pantry, Requests, Contact) are easier to read: orange instead of pale yellow on cream.
Support the site now reads "a decade of systems designed to stay healthy".
Meal Planner shopping list: ingredients with a comma in their name ("boneless, skinless chicken thighs") keep their full name, so different cuts no longer merge into one "boneless" line.
