Control Room can now show, on each agent's card, how many things are waiting on the owner: a decision on the project manager's dashboard, or items in an agent's own review app. A count badge sits on the card, the card moves to the front of its group, and a link opens the item. The agents' apps report their queues through one small shared helper; the first ones are being asked to adopt it.
The week's usage and pace became one figure, plan used over week gone (32.1% / 39%), next to today's use over the daily budget.
The roles come first, and any card or group can be minimized or hidden, so the owner sees only what they care about. A minimized card keeps one dot per part, so a problem still shows.
