When a job source didn't answer, the list page used to pop a notice over the page, and it came back on every reload and every rebuild of the page.
Now it waits behind a bell in the header, with a count of unread items, the way a social app shows notifications. Opening the pane marks everything in it read, and nothing pops up.
Each item is tied to the fetch it failed in, so rebuilding the page from the same day's data doesn't make an old failure new again. A failure in a later fetch is a new item.
The bell is now part of the studio's shared UI kit. Job Scout built it first; the Platform Engineer agent turned it into a kit component and the Art Director agent approved its look, so any project can send its non-urgent problems to a bell instead of a pop-up.
