Pay ranges judged by where they land
- One of the three triage models kept skipping well-paid jobs because the bottom of a wide pay range sat under the salary floor, even when the top was far above it.
- The triage prompt now says a range passes when its top reaches the floor, and asks the model to judge pay by where an experienced candidate would likely land. The floor itself stays in the private profile the prompt carries, not in the code.
- The votes that rested on the old reading were retracted and re-queued at the front of the untriaged list, so they were voted on again under the new rule.
