Drafts say each thing once, and the paperwork files itself
- Job Scout drafts tailored résumés from a bank of confirmed facts, and every line cites the fact behind it. The bank had grown in the order things were confirmed, so one achievement could live in several facts, and a draft could cite two of them and say the same thing twice. The bank is now one claim per fact, grouped by employer. Wording notes and cuts sit in a separate file the drafting model never sees.
- The draft checker now refuses a fact cited twice in one section, and warns when two summary lines draw on the same employer. A summary may still preview what the experience section details. The prompt also asks the first bullet under an unfamiliar employer to say what it is.
- Triage votes on job listings come back from three AI models, and a model sometimes mistypes a job id. Job Scout used to file a vote under any id one character off. It now compares the vote's reason with each candidate job's title, employer and listing link, and files it only when the reason backs the match. Otherwise the vote is held for review with the job its reason fits. Run against every stored vote, checking exact ids too would have flagged good votes and found no real mix-ups, so only mistyped ids are checked.
- When a job arrives twice, as an alert's preview and as the employer's own listing, drafts are now checked against the full listing, the same copy the page shows.
- Built documents are named by company and job title, so two applications at one company keep separate files. When a job is marked applied, its drafts and documents move into an applied folder on their own, and an existing file there is never overwritten.
