A strong job listing never reached the list. Alert emails carry only a job's title, and this one, a special-projects role on an AI agents team, had no word like "manager" or "lead", so the title filter dropped it. The person found it by hand.
Now any title with "agent", "agents" or "agentic" passes on its own. The odd non-AI agent job gets through too; it scores low and triage skips it. "Project", "chief of staff" and "strategy" count as role words now.
A word check was matching inside other words. "Intern", meant to keep internships out, was also dropping titles with "Internal", "International" and "Internet": 83 that day, among them internal-AI product and platform roles. It matches whole words now.
