A Triage tab, and triage that reads the role instead of the company · Job Scout devlog

A Triage tab gathers every job at least one model has voted on, whatever its current mark. Its header counts votes by model and by agreement, with a filter for each: all, split, majority, unanimous, and jobs with only one vote so far. Every card states its tally in words — "3 votes: 1 strong · 2 moderate → moderate (majority)" — before the per-model chips.
Triage now sends the role, not the company. Many employers open every posting with the same long company introduction, and the first real vote sent nothing else for about a third of its jobs: three models had been judging those on the title alone. The batch now skips whatever opening an employer's postings share and, where a posting announces its role ("About the role", "An overview of this role"), starts there. A guard stops "the role's base salary" being mistaken for the heading.
It mattered. In the first model's re-vote of just the affected jobs, two that every model had skipped on their titles moved to strong once the role text was visible, and one that had looked promising moved to skip. Nothing else in the register is touched: each model's re-vote replaces only its own votes on those jobs.
