- The Owner wanted the clean silverware to sit in a visible tray, like the dishes and glasses do, but smaller than a whole tile. It's a shallow steel caddy with three compartments, drawn empty: the game fills it with the forks, knives and spoons it already has, so an empty tray means the restaurant has run out.
- Two views, since the tray has no front or back: compartments side by side, and turned a quarter with them stacked. It came from one image with the pot rack, dish rack and glass rack as the style reference.
