A + on every recipe card, and in the recipe view, adds that recipe to the first open day of a rolling nine-day board. Meals move between days by dragging, or with a move menu on phones and keyboards.
A planned meal remembers whether "Make it healthier" or "Make it easier" was on, with chips on the board to change it later, and the shopping list buys what that version needs.

The basket on an ingredient parks it under "Already stocked", remembered for later plans. The basket on a meal marks it as already shopped for and takes its ingredients off the list.
Meal cards on the board put the recipe name under the photo, so names no longer break mid-word on desktop screens.
