Sale Scout has a clickable demo: the real settings app on made-up games, prices and example.com addresses. Pick Steam tags by name, change who gets the email and when, turn the daily email on and off, and preview the actual email. Changes stay in the visitor's browser, nothing is read from the network, and nothing is sent; the send buttons say so.
The preview is the real email, built by the same code that writes the daily one, with generated cover art standing in for Steam's.
