An audit of every studio game found each one doing the basics differently: different sound buttons, different pause keys, confirm boxes with the buttons in different places.
There is now one shared game kit. Every game gets the same studio intro, which obeys mute, plus a sound button that's just an icon (M also toggles it), the version number, and a "Start a new run?" box with Cancel first and the action last.
The owner settled the arguments. The main button goes last, the sound control is an icon only, and Space pauses every real-time game, because a mouse-and-keyboard player shouldn't have to take a hand off WASD to reach P.
CHEF!, GENERAL!, RISEN!, TREASURE! and ZEKE! all moved onto it the same day. Each game keeps a checked copy of the kit and refuses to build if its copy is stale or edited.
