Every game and every private tool now has a demo that runs in the browser, each at its own address under /demo/: CHEF!, GENERAL!, RISEN! and ZEKE!, and Job Scout, Gmail Bot, Stonk Bot and YouTube Caption Bot. The games are in-development builds and say so on their title screens.
The tools run their real interface on made-up data: invented jobs, emails, companies and videos, with a banner on every page saying so. Anything that would touch a real account is switched off, with a note where the button was.
Each project builds its own demo folder; this site copies it in at build time. The build reads every file a demo ships, its scripts and data as well as its pages, and refuses one with a real email address, a file path from the computer it was built on, or a name not yet announced.
