A featured showcase, and a safer deploy

Written 2026-09-27 as a catch-up entry (Project Manager's decision). This shipped in v0.1.47 and v0.1.48 on 2026-09-27. The screenshot is of the live site today.

• The spotlight on the home page and /devlog/ can feature a single post as a "Featured showcase", above the featured walkthrough. The first is CHEF!'s "A Guest's Day Out", one guest from the front door to the check. Its preview is CHEF!'s short banner cut, not the post's full GIF.
• Behind the scenes: on 2026-09-26 two builds ran at once and pages went missing for a moment. Every build now takes a lock, and deploys run through one script that holds it from a final link and leak check through the upload.
