A Next tab, and a score that asks what kind of job it is

  • A Next tab queues job listings for the next triage, with a button on every card. It's a flag, not a mark: a queued job keeps its place, goes first in the next triage batch, and leaves Next on its own once every model has voted. (A first version made Next a mark, which pulled jobs out of their Strong/Moderate/Skip tabs; fixed the same day.)
  • The score had barely agreed with the models' votes. Tested against every job listing three models had voted on, score order matched vote order 58% of the time, where 50% is a coin flip. It counted AI words, and engineering job listings are full of them.
  • Now the title's role type counts first. Engineering, sales and research titles without a lead word rank 25 points lower; enablement, operations, transformation and similar operator titles rank 15 higher. Agreement with the votes rose to 69%. Adding more description keywords was tried and made it worse, so it wasn't kept.
