Triage was judging job listings on a tenth of their text. To fit a hundred job listings into one paste, triage sent the first 700 characters of each description. A typical listing runs about 6,600, so the duties, the requirements and the terms about office days usually never reached the AI models. Measuring it showed the cut was about paste size, not quality.
Now each job listing goes in whole, about fifteen to a paste instead of a hundred. The person's profile goes with them, so a model judges both whether the job is wanted and whether the person fits it.
Still blind. The models see no keyword score, no mark and no other model's vote. The job listings are shuffled into a fixed order that has nothing to do with the score, the same for every model, because a list sorted best-first tells a model which jobs the scorer liked.
Every earlier vote was set aside in an archive file and every job is judged again. Marks the person made by hand stay.
A bug found on the way: marking a job by hand over a triage mark left the job labeled as triage's, so later votes could have moved it. The person's own mark now always wins.
Skip now takes every vote. When most models skip a job but one of them argues for it, the job lands in a new Maybe tab instead of Skipped, so a single dissenting case isn't buried. Each model's reason is written out on the card in the Triage tab, and a click away everywhere else.
