One ask per reply, and who reviews cross-Agent changes · Project Manager devlog

The Owner answered "ok do it" to a reply that ended with two asks, and the Agent acted on the wrong one. New rule for every Agent: end each reply with one ask, or one list of choices.
The shared rules disagreed about who approves a change that one Agent makes to another Agent's work. Now the Platform Engineer, the Project Manager and the External Auditor review it, and if all three agree it goes to the Owner for the final yes.
