A GIF replaces the still that shows the same thing

Written 2026-09-27 as a catch-up entry (Project Manager's decision). This shipped in v0.1.43 on 2026-09-26. The screenshot is of the live site today.

• A post that has a GIF no longer repeats the same moment as a still, so readers see the GIF alone. Game posts follow LuvzillaGames.com's calls, read from that site's own file.
• 44 early GENERAL! posts now show no image, because their images were broken, duplicated or unreadable. The posts they duplicated still show theirs.
• Posts from 2026-09-23 on that show something moving but have no GIF are flagged to their owners.
