Stories: one card per run of posts

Written 2026-09-27 as a catch-up entry (Project Manager's decision). This shipped in v0.1.34 to v0.1.37 on 2026-09-25, and the style notes in v0.1.43 on 2026-09-26. The screenshots are of the live site today.

• A story is a run of posts about one thing, picked by the Communications Manager. Its posts fold into one card on the feed.
• The card shows the story's name and a short summary, then two to four key points, each linked to its post. Where there's one, a cover picture sits at the top. "See more" opens every post in full, oldest first, with no JavaScript.
• A story whose early posts predate the studio's switch to plainer writing on 2026-09-21 can carry a short "A note on style" under the summary.
• On phones, a link to a card now stops below the sticky header instead of under it.
• An editor's "context" line above a post shipped on 2026-09-25 and was removed the same day when the rule behind it was withdrawn. It showed on one post for a few hours.
