A featured showcase above the latest post · LuvzillaGames.com devlog

The devlog can put one post in the spotlight: a "Featured showcase" banner above the latest milestone, the same idea as on neptunevibes.com. The first one is CHEF! Iteration 140, "A Guest's Day Out": one guest from the front door to the check.
The banner plays a small cut of the post's GIF at its real size (98 KB, against the post's 6.5 MB). Its title, picture and "Watch it" link all open the post's own page. The title and the line under it are the Communications Manager's.
It shows on All and on the CHEF! feed. Other feeds don't hold the post, so they don't show it.
The build refuses a showcase whose post isn't public, whose picture is missing, whose title or line is empty, or whose copy calls the clip "seamless". It has three lunch-rush waits sped up.
