Postings that change, and drafts that file themselves
A retitled job posting keeps its card and mark. Jobs on an employer's own board are matched by their posting id, so a new title folds into the job first seen; votes carry over too.
Drafts for a job listing that has closed file themselves away. Marking a job No longer available moves its résumé and cover-letter drafts into their own folder, as Applied does; if the listing comes back, they move back.
A drafted résumé or cover letter can still be built after its job drops out of the day's fetch, from the job's saved record and the listing text.
Built documents name the employer the way a reader would: no Inc or LLC, and no all-capitals names, in the file name and the greeting. A job title cut short to fit a file name no longer ends on "and" or "of".
