Big career sites searched wider, without a slower run
Large employers' career sites (Workday, Oracle) are searched with 14 AI phrases instead of 3, from "agentic" and "AI enablement" to "Copilot" and "intelligent automation".
The wider search stays inside the run's time. A posting already read and still listed isn't opened again, and a preview's lookup asks the board for that preview's own title instead of every phrase. The first trial run took 39 minutes; this brought it back down.
Career-site filler stays out of triage: a posting whose own country field isn't the US, a quota-carrying sales title, and an engineer, architect or scientist title that requires years of programming.
