The food truck has a shelf beside the packaging counter. It holds the steel trays and the stock of paper boats, wrappers or bowls.
The cook takes a tray from the shelf, carries it to the griddle, puts the food on it, and brings it back empty afterwards. The griddle no longer keeps trays.
When the counter's packaging runs low, the cook fetches a stack from the shelf and carries it over (progress/436). Before, it appeared in hand.
The test restaurant's cooks now grill several orders at once too, like the truck's.
